In response to a rising demand for digital and coding skills across a diverse range of industries, the Coding Bootcamp is designed to train students in the art of coding through a short-term and flexible alternative to traditional, campus-based computer science degrees.

The new High Value Engineering (HiVE) facility will provide state-of-the art training and education for young people and businesses in the fields of robotics, advanced materials and manufacturing, and digital and enabling technologies.

At Coleg Gwent, we’re celebrating incredible pass rates for the class of 2023. This year, we’ve seen an outstanding 92% pass rate for GCSE Maths, (6.5% above previous year), and an impressive 97% pass rate for GCSE English (4% above previous year).
