Our Employer Engagement Advisor connects Coleg Gwent learners with employers and industry, helping you gain real-world experience, develop your skills and discover different career opportunities. Through employer talks, industry visits, work experience, placements, employer-led projects, networking and recruitment opportunities, we help learners build connections with employers and understand what it’s really like to work in different industries.
