No formal entry requirements are needed but you should be at least 19 years of age, have a keen interest in the subject and have a caring and empathetic approach.

What will I be doing?
The AIM Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills covers a wide range of counselling skills, and is assessed through a mixture of involvement in practical work, assessed use of skills, achievement of specified learning outcomes through written journals and a final 1-hour written examination.
On successful completion of the course, you could progress to the AIM Certificate in Counselling Level 3.

What comes next?
Successful candidates will be able to progress to AIM Certificate in Counselling Level 3.
This course will run subject to minimum student numbers.
THE COURSE WILL BE DELIVERED AS A BLENDED APPROACH OF FACE TO FACE AND REMOTE DELIVERY - WHICH COULD BE MOVED TO FULLY REMOTE IF ANY COVID RESTRICTIONS ARE STILL IN PLACE.
All participants will need to have good internet connection and a laptop or PC with audio and webcam function.
