Course content
This is a practical course covering various aspects of fixing laptops and PCs, covering:
- Troubleshooting common issues with PCs
- Using recognised fixes for the most common errors
- Maintaining and optimising the performance of your PC
- Problem solving
There’s a formal practical test at the end of the course to demonstrate understanding, which will allow you to receive a Coleg Gwent certificate.

All you need is an interest in this area and a willingness to learn.
