How to apply

Once you are confident about the course you have selected, you need to complete the Application Form. You can:

Fill out our on-line application form HERE or
download one that you can print out and complete then post or hand into Student Services at your chosen Campus, in a sealed envelope addressed to College Admissions.

It is important that you complete this form fully and accurately as any omissions or mistakes can delay your application.

If you need any help in completing the form, please take it along to Student Services at the Campus where you wish to study and they will be only too glad to help you.

When to apply

As long as you meet the entry requirements for the course, all places are allocated on a first come first served basis. Some courses are very popular and fill up quickly, so apply as early as you can.

What happens after you submit your Application Form?

We will send you an Acknowledgement Card to confirm receipt of your Application Form. Please contact us if you do not receive this card. You will then be invited in to the College where you will receive:

further information, advice and guidance
an interview with a subject tutor
an initial assessment (numeracy and literacy)

Will I have an Interview?

Learners applying for many full time and some part time courses will need an interview. If we need to interview you we will let you know when we’ve received your application. At the interview, we will:

discuss your chosen course, together with your interests and career plans. You will also have the opportunity to find out more about the College and its facilities.
offer you a place on a course, which may be conditional on you meeting certain entry requirements.

If you do not need to have an interview we will contact you with your enrolment date.
