Course Overview
This qualification is ideal to develop your skills and experience, improve your performance and prepare for senior management responsibilities. It’s delivered by experienced tutors who have themselves held management positions, and training is practical, participative and linked back to the workplace.
This qualification is designed for department heads and other practising middle managers.
The units in this qualification cover a wide range of skills, knowledge and understanding. They can be selected by an employer to meet their training needs. Alternatively we recommend two units that will enable learners to gain the full Award:
– Developing and leading teams to achieve organisational objectives: to develop understanding and ability in developing and leading teams.
– Becoming an effective leader: to develop knowledge and understanding of effective leadership.
Learners will receive trainer-led workshops for each unit and will produce a written assignment of 2500 words for each unit.
There are no formal entry requirements for this course.
This qualification is delivered on an employer’s site for a group of their employees, not on campus for individuals to attend. Delivery dates are agreed in advance with the employer
The two units recommended above are delivered over five days. A formal quote can be issued once we understand your training need but as a guide, we charge £4,500 (includes all training, feedback and marking) plus additional awarding body fees (circa £125 per learner).
