In a nutshell
If you have staff who are responsible for maintaining the quality of assessment in your organisation or assessment centre, this qualification is for them. They'll need the support of an additional IQA person in your organisation to mentor them, and should already have an assessor qualification (e.g. A1/2, D32/33, TAQA).

…anyone in a quality assurance role, supporting at least two assessors.
Course content
On the course learners will study internal verification planning, sampling strategies, standardisation techniques and undertaking quality assurance processes. Working on a one-to-one basis with experienced professionals, they’ll be able to develop their own internal quality assurance processes to suit your business.
- Unit 1 - Understanding the Principles and Practices of Internally Assuring the Quality of Assessment. This unit helps learners understand the principles and practices of internal quality assurance.
- Unit 2 - Internally Assure the Quality of Assessment. The aim of this unit is to assess learner's performance in assuring the quality of assessment in your organisation or assessment centre.
Entry Requirements
Learners should already have an assessor qualification (e.g. A1/2, D32/33, TAQA).
