Course Overview
This course is for candidates who have previously passed the full Site Management Safety Training Scheme or subsequent refresher course and can provide proof of attendance.
It aims to bring health and safety knowledge up to date, as well as giving a thorough overview of legislative changes and their impact in the workplace.
…anyone currently holding a valid Site Management Safety Training Scheme certificate that is due to expire.
This 2-day course provides an opportunity to revisit the wide range of topics from the 5-day course, including:
- Site set-up
- CDM Regulations
- Risk assessments
- Method statements
- Scaffolding
- Electricity
- Excavations
- Demolitions
- Confined spaces.
You’ll be assessed on your participation throughout the course, including a 25-question exam with multiple choice questions and short written answers.
Full attendance of the 2 days is mandatory.
On successful completion, you’ll receive a certificate valid for 5 years.
Candidates must hold a Site Management Safety Training Scheme certificate that is valid for the duration of the training.
Candidates must be competent in written and spoken English necessary for operating efficiently at site management level.
The standard cost for this course is £390.
