Course Overview
The aim of this qualification is to recognise the skills, knowledge and competences required for an individual to administer emergency first aid, and to recognise and manage illness and injury in the workplace. This includes being able to assess, diagnose and treat casualties before the arrival of medically trained staff.
This Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work is suitable for individuals who are required to act as a designated first aider in the workplace, as well as those looking to develop comprehensive, industry-recognised emergency response skills.
