Apply or Enrol Online

Found a part-time course you’re interested in? Click Apply on the course page and complete the form using your personal email so we can keep in touch with important updates.

If a course is full you may be placed on a waiting list. You will be notified if this is the case when you make your application or enrolment.

Course does not have entry criteria – go to STEP 6

Conditional Offer

We’ll review your application and email you a conditional offer if you meet the course criteria.

Accept Your Offer

Log in to CG Portal and follow the instructions in your offer email to accept your place.

Upload Your Evidence

Some courses require supporting documents — like qualification certificates. If needed, we’ll also invite you to an interview.

Enrolment

Once everything’s in place, we’ll email you to confirm you’re ready to enrol.

Payment

To secure your place, you’ll need to pay within 7 days of receiving your enrolment email. All the payment details will be in the message.

Enrolment confirmed

Once you’ve paid for your course (or a payment plan is in place), you’ll receive a confirmation email with:

• Your course start date and time 
• Where to go on your first day 
• How to upload your photo for your ID badge
