Step 2

Conditional Offer

Once we’ve reviewed your application, we’ll email you a conditional offer (as long as your predicted grades meet the course requirements). Details will be sent to your email, with instructions on how you can accept the offer.

If your grades don’t quite match up with the course entry criteria, someone from our team will get in touch to chat through your options.

Step 4

Attend Enrolment

Enrolment usually happens during the last two weeks of August. We’ll email you an invitation with your time slot — try to come at your given time to avoid losing your place.

Bring your actual exam results so we can confirm you meet the entry criteria for your chosen course. You’ll also meet tutors, learn about your first classes, and find out how to access your timetable. It’s also a great opportunity to get familiar with the campus and your fellow learners, before you start college in September.

RETURNING AND PROGRESSING LEARNERS

If you’re progressing on to the next level of your course, or moving to a different subject area, enrolment will take place in August, you’ll receive an e-mail nearer the time inviting you into college to do this.

If you’re enrolling on to the 2nd year of your Level 3 course, you’ll have a conditional enrolment added before you finish for the summer.

If you have any questions, please speak to your Personal Tutor or the CG Support Team.

Step 5

Start College

College starts in early September. You’ll get an email to your college email address with your start date and details on how to view your timetable through the CG Connect app.

Timetables can take a few days after enrolment to be added to the CG Connect App and they can also change right up until the start of the new term. So please allow time for this and keep checking the CG Connect App for updates.
