If you are interested in developing employability skills, this course is for you. This entry level, person centred programme will develop learners’ employability skills, preparing individuals to enter the Internship Programme/work placement. This is a 1 year preparatory course.

Learners will undertake theoretical and practical activities to develop and enhance employability skills which are person centred. The course will prepare learners to enter the world of work.

- Oral and written communication skills
- Numeracy skills
There are no formal entry requirements. A willingness to fully engage in all sessions and activities is essential. Learners must have a desire to develop employability skills and attend work experience.
Progression to the Internship Programme or Preparation for Entry Level Vocational Studies.
No formal entry requirements. Respect for others, enthusiasm for the subject and self-motivation are the essential qualities we expect to see in all our learners.
