Course Overview
Upon successful completion of both the Foundation Degree Veterinary Nursing and the professional nursing log you will have the right amount of specialist knowledge and practical skills to work in the veterinary nursing field.
BSc (Hons) Veterinary Nursing at Hartpury College.
5 GCSE’s at grade C or above, which must include Mathematics, English Language (or Welsh first language) and two science subjects. In addition, you should have a minimum of 160 UCAS points to include A2 in a biological science or from: a relevant BTEC National Diploma at level 3, the equivalent at A level or another recognised qualification.
You must provide evidence of 6 – 8 weeks work experience in a small animal veterinary practice (Please note: work undertaken in dog kennels, cattery or pet shops will not satisfy this criterion).
