… You’re looking to progress your career as a personal trainer, coach, or wellness specialist. Or you are even looking to explore something new.

Learners should be able to communicate effectively with individuals and groups.
Learners are required to attend lessons on a Monday 09:00am – 4:30pm on the following dates: 15th Feb, 08th Mar, 12th Apr, 03rd May, 24th May, 21st Jun, and 28th Jun with the requirement to complete a further 6hrs on the interim weeks which can be completed online or on campus.
This qualification can lead to further training at the same and/or higher levels in a range of related disciplines. For example, YMCA Level 4 Certificate in Weight Management for Individuals with Obesity, Diabetes Mellitus and/or Metabolic Syndrome.
No prerequisites are needed for the course, however, good numeracy skills are advised and an interest in health and wellbeing.
This course consists of both in-person on campus delivery and online remote learning.
