What is Career Colleges?
Career Colleges are employer led education programmes, specifically designed between the education provider and employer to offer courses that support regional demand for skills and training. In effect, Career Colleges helps develop a pipeline of next generation work ready employees.
The course content is designed by employers to ensure students are fully equipped with the skills, knowledge and learning that they need to make them more employable and meet industry demands.
As Career Colleges provides closer links with industry, this helps diminish a national skills shortage.
How do employers benefit?
- Future work ready employees - Students will leave the programme equipped with a portfolio of skills, experience and qualifications tailored to your sector, your business. This means less time and money spent on recruitment and training.
- Flexible arrangements to work around you –You can only spare one day a week? No problem! You can hold masterclasses and tutorial videos right from your workplace. Career Colleges works around you; you can specify how much time you can dedicate to the cause.
