Daredevil lecturers raise over Â£700 in TÅ· Hafan skydive
Three lecturers from Coleg Gwent’s Blaenau Gwent Learning Zone took the plunge to raise over £700 for charity with a thrilling skydive over Swansea.
A Level lecturers Hayley Acreman, Nicola Gatesman and Rachael King took the challenge to raise money for children’s charity TÅ· Hafan.
All three landed safely raising £755.43 in total for a very worthy cause.
Speaking about their motivation for the jump, Hayley Acreman said: “All three of us are individuals who enjoy new exciting opportunities, and we though what would be more of an adrenaline rush than a Skydive?
“It was a scary big challenge, and an unforgettable experience, something we have always wanted to do. Nothing else could quite compare – and to make happen and raise money for such a good cause at the same time makes the whole experience feel even more fulfilling.”
