Course content
This course will cover the care and husbandry requirements of a range of reptiles and amphibians to meet the Five Animal Needs.
The course will include theory and practical elements which will cover enclosure design and set up, heat and lighting requirements, enrichment, and management.
The course will also include practical animal handling and feeding.
Entry Requirements
No experience required but you must be aged 16 years or older and have a keen interest in exotic animals.
Additional information
Due to COVID restrictions, the course will be split into three sections; practical theory, practical animal husbandry, feeding and accommodation workshop.
The course will be limited to 6 learners per evening, however further dates will be added subject to demand.
The course costs £45 and will run on a Wednesday evening from 5pm - 8pm.
