Topics covered will be:
- Different food groups and how they're essential for a balanced diet.
- How a balanced diet contributes to a healthy lifestyle.
You will gain an understanding of different exercise types, the benefits of regular exercise and how much exercise per week is recommended.
There are no formal entry requirements only an interest in the subject.
During each session you will be provided with the materials to complete the session. Any practical use of gym facilities are covered in the cost.
Participation in tasks and gentle exercise will be required.
