...You need an opportunity to improve your work and life skills whilst deciding on your future career path.

What will I be doing?

This course is ideal if you do not have any formal qualifications and are looking for an entry level course.

A range of practical subjects are offered such as cookery, horticulture, health and leisure, ICT, and retail to improve the work and life skills for every student.

Students will be able to select a range of topics to work toward, depending on their learning needs. They will work toward an extended certificate or award in BTEC Vocational Studies Entry 3 as well as Essential Skills in Application of Number and Communication.

Areas covered are:

Full commitment to attendance and respect for others are the essential qualities we expect to see in learners on this course.

All assessments are assignment based.

What comes next?

Level 1 vocational courses, other education or training courses or supported employment.
