Cooking for Pleasure

Want to become the next Masterchef? Tantalise your taste buds with exciting new recipes and learn new techniques with these weekly cooking sessions.
This course is for...
…anyone interested in improving their cookery skills.
Over the 10 weeks you’ll have practical tuition covering a wide range of recipes and ingredients, learning to make:
- Artisan breads
- Cakes and desserts
- Fish dishes
- Ice creams and Sorbets
- Jams and Chutneys
- Meat dishes
- Fresh Pasta dishes
- Vegetarian dishes
There are no formal entry requirements.
All equipment is supplied by the college; however, you have the option to buy your own personal knife roll if you wish for just £40. White coats will also be supplied but you’ll need to buy a white hat and apron which can be arranged through the college at a cost of £20. You’ll need to provide suitable tubs and tins for taking your freshly-cooked creations home.
Due to current limitations, payment can only be made via bank transfer.
An invoice will be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours with instructions on how to pay or set up payment instalments if required.
