Taking one day a week for 30 weeks, this programme builds your expertise in your chosen HR specialist subjects, while developing your planning, analytical and problem solving skills. To gain the qualification, you must successfully complete the six programme modules:

- Business Issues and the Context of HR
- Using Information in HR
- Employment Law
- Resourcing and Talent Planning
- Implementing Coaching & Mentoring
Successful completion leads to Associate Membership of the CIPD, the first level of professional membership, and allows you to use the designation Assoc CIPD after your name to showcase your credentials and demonstrate your commitment to continuing professional development and a desire to stay current..
