… You’re looking to progress your career as a personal trainer, coach, or wellness specialist. Or you are even looking to explore something new.
… You prefer flexible, engaging study that combines theory with practical application.
Learners should be able to communicate effectively with individuals and groups.
The in-person delivery (on campus) is on a Thursday on the following dates: 26th January, 9th March, 20th April and 18th May.
This qualification can lead to further training at the same and/or higher levels in a range of related disciplines. For example, YMCA Level 4 Certificate in Weight Management for Individuals with Obesity, Diabetes Mellitus and/or Metabolic Syndrome.
No prerequisites are needed for the course, however, good numeracy skills are advised and an interest in health and wellbeing.
This course consists of in-person (on campus) delivery and online remote learning.
