Course content

This is a two-hour course covering all aspects of basic First Aid for cats and dogs, including assembling an appropriate first aid kit, bandaging, dealing with fractured limbs, poisonings, emergency CPR and chest compressions and a variety of other necessary First Aid information.

 

You’ll be expected to participate in simulated scenarios, and on completion will receive a Coleg Gwent certificate.

Entry Requirements

No formal entry requirements are needed, just a keen interest in cats and dogs.

Cost of this course is £30.

 

The course is taught by one of our qualified vet nurses.
