Course content
To study this course, you simply need to have an interest in the subject and be willing to learn how to:
- Track accounting transactions in double entry bookkeeping
- Apply basic accounting rules
- Understand basic accounting terms
- Produce useful information relating to sales, expenses, assets, equity and liabilities
At the end of the course there’ll be a formal test and you’ll receive a Coleg Gwent certificate. From there you can continue exploring the world of accounting, perhaps by enrolling on a Level 1 or Level 2 Accounting qualification accredited by AAT.
