This course is for...

…anyone working in healthcare who has a great deal of technical skills and knowledge. …those working in clinical services e.g. medical, surgical, critical care, outpatients, community and A & E, possibly in a supervisory role, who looks after the well-being and comfort of patients and provides vital assistance to healthcare professionals.

Course content

You’ll need to complete 12 mandatory units that include:

  • Communication
  • Health and Safety
  • Duty of Care

  • Infection control

You’ll also choose from a selection of optional units to suit your job role.
