This course prepares mature students, or students who wish to change career, for higher education either vocational or academic.

The course is mainly academically based with study skills units embedded, preparing students for higher education.

...you are returning to education

… you are currently working in the sector and wish to upskill

What will I be doing?

This course will prepare you for further social care related study. You will also gain skills such as time management, teamwork, communication skills and develop research study skills to help you in your future studies.

A range of units could include the following;
