Course Overview
This is a fun and creative taught course which offers you the opportunity to explore, develop, design decorate and make a variety of ceramic pieces.
…Someone with a keen interest in ceramics

… Someone with experience and wanting to expand their skills.
Each week, you’ll have the opportunity to widen your experience of ceramic work by trying out a range of techniques such as hand building, Decorative Techniques, press moulding and glazing techniques. You’ll develop your skills through demonstrations and instruction. In completion of this course, you’ll have learnt a variety of skills that you can develop and build on. You will also have a collection of pieces for your portfolio and you can take them home with you.
By the end of the course you should feel more confident and be able to use the techniques learnt during the course to further your interest in ceramics.
