Course content
You will learn a number of different techniques and principles including:
- Salon health and safety
- Hair structure, anatomy and physiology
- Client care and consultation
- Shampooing and conditioning for afro textured hair
- Cutting for afro textured hair
- Styling and finishing for afro textured hair
- Products and processes
- Aftercare
Entry Requirements
An interest in hairdressing and a willingness to engage in this fascinating aspect of hairdressing.
Additional information
A hairdressing kit with basic hair tools, and a block to practice with will be needed. More information about the required kit will be available at the start of the course, the approximate costs of this are £200.
After booking your course you have 14 days to change your mind and request a full refund. You can still request a refund after this date, but this will only be given if you meet the criteria from the college fee policy.
