Target Audience

This course is designed for those who would like to gain a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental features of the MS Outlook programme. There are no formal entry requirements for the course, however you should already have skills equivalent to those gained from our Outlook Introduction course. If you are unsure please speak to a member of our team.

Course Aims

This course has been specifically designed to give users a solid foundation in MS Outlook advance features.

Course Objectives

The course covers a broad range of skills to encompass the fundamental and most commonly used features of the programme to enable users to create professional looking documentation. • The Outlook workspace • Composing, sending and receiving emails • Specifying message options • Categorising and flagging message • Using office assistant • Creating, adding, organising and editing contacts • Configuring, editing and scheduling events and appointments • Meeting request and reminders • Advance task techniques • Organising, finding and protecting information • Managing Outlook data

Course Duration

One day course (6 hours). Candidates will be awarded a college certificate of attendance upon completion of the course.
