When you come and study with us there are a few options of where you can live.

Self-cateringYou can live in the heart of Newport with other students from across the city at the Newport Student Village. †With 442 bedrooms on site, split into 88 flats over four blocks, this is a great way to meet new friends and enjoy Newportís social scene.

Each student has:

-†A bedroom with en suite facilities

- Access to a communal kitchen and dining areas

- Access to large social spaces with Sky TV, an Xbox and cinema room †

- Full WiFi access

- Use of onsite laundry facilities


Cost
Rent depends on the size of your room but range from £74 to £109 per week.

Single rooms start from £74 per week.Double rooms start from £94 per week. †

HomestayIf youíd prefer the comforts of a family home and would like to live with a local family, then our Homestay scheme is for you. †Youíll stay in comfortable, safe accommodation and itís the perfect opportunity to help you to settle into your new life in the UK.

Homestay families provide you with:

-A bedroom, bedding, towels and basic furniture, including a bed

- Use of the family bathroom

- A clothes cupboard

- A study table

- Access to a bathroom

- A key to the property

- Breakfast each morning

- An evening meal

- Use of the kitchen

- Use of the washing machine


Cost
Homestay accommodation costs £110 per week. This includes bed, breakfast and evening meal. You will need to pay a deposit of £100 and your first two monthsí rent on arrival.
