Our courses will give you work-relevant skills that will give you a head start in the hospitality industry. You'll be working in professionally equipped kitchens, seeing your food served in our restaurants and learning all the skills of the trade.
We also offer specialist part time courses in sugarcraft, professional cookery and cake decoration, as well as industry-related courses such as health & safety and food hygiene through Business Edge, the College’s commercial arm.
